Upon day to pick up my vehicle, I was initially disappointed in the quality of work. I made that clear to the advisor and had to return the next day, here things were better, but not completely satisfied. I then reached out again, speaking with Kyle who assured me that we could resolve any issues. I brought the car back and Kyle and shop were able to rectify the shortcomings and I now feel that the vehicle has been repaired properly and I am completely satisfied and assured that if there are any future issues, I will be taken care of.
